- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Extensive market research to understand the latest trends and developments related to the business including competition analysis.
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Author, document and update new product features.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- A bachelor’s degree in B.Tech along with an MBA from Tier I or II institutes of the country.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or related fields. (Experience can be negotiated for extraordinary candidates)
- Advanced technical skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of working with Power BI or similar applications would be an advantage.
